ince 1978 the Guillot family has settled in Cruzille, in the south of Burgundy. A pioneer of organic farming, the Domaine Guillot-Broux obtained its certification in 1991. After Jean-Gérard Guillot’s passing, his two sons, Patrice and Emmanuel, took over the family business and turned it into a model agricultural estate of the Mâconnais.
